Front-Opening Cash Drawers
A front-opening till drawer slides out towards the cashier, giving fast access to notes and coins at every sale. Our horizontal cash register drawers are built in steel with a key lock, removable coin trays and note clips, and they open automatically from your receipt printer or POS.
Choose between electronic and manual models, compact drawers for narrow counters and brackets to fit the drawer under the counter. Available in black and off-white.
A till drawer that keeps up with every sale
The cash drawer opens dozens or hundreds of times a day. A weak runner, a bent tray or a lock that fails turns every busy hour into a problem at the till. Our drawers use steel casings and rails built for intensive use, with mechanisms rated for more than one million openings on our European-made models.
Front opening is the most common format because it works on almost any counter: the drawer sits under the POS screen or printer, and the cashier pulls it towards them without moving anything else.

Counter 280: compact drawer for narrow counters
Only 28 cm deep, the Counter 280 Electronic combines the small footprint of a flip-top drawer with the functions of a slide-out drawer. Its short 173 mm opening makes it the right small cash drawer for kiosks, bars and counters where space is tight. It is also available as the Counter 280 with brackets for under-counter installation.
Counter 330: narrow footprint at an entry-level price
The Counter 330 measures 330 x 360 x 89 mm and fits 5 coin compartments and 4 note compartments with metal clips. It has a three-position key lock (closed, open, electronic opening), a drawer status micro switch and a mechanical emergency opening in case of power failure. Made in Europe under ISO 9001.
Counter 300: lay-flat drawer with 8 coin compartments
The Counter 300 is a full-size POS cash drawer (300 x 445 x 120 mm) with 8 removable coin bins and 5 note compartments, so every euro coin has its own space. Available in electronic or manual versions, in black or white.
Counter 41: manual cash drawer
The Counter 41 is a manual cash drawer in black that works without connecting it to a printer or POS. A simple option for markets, events and businesses that do not use a POS system.
Electronic or manual till drawer?
- Electronic cash drawer: connects to the receipt printer and opens automatically when a sale is completed. The cable supplied fits printers such as Epson, Star and Citizen, and on the Counter 300 interfaces are available for IBM, NCR, Fujitsu and Wincor systems, as well as optional direct serial or USB connection.
- Manual cash drawer: opened by hand, with no cables or configuration. Ideal when you do not have a POS.
The Counter 300 and Counter 330 include a three-position key lock, so you can open the drawer manually if the printer or power fails.
Under-counter or on the counter?
Placed on the counter, the drawer acts as a base for the POS screen or printer. If you want to free up the worktop, fit an under counter cash drawer with mounting brackets: the drawer hangs below the counter and slides out at the cashier's knee height, out of sight of customers.

What to check before you buy
- Counter space: measure the depth available. If it is under 40 cm, look at the Counter 280 or Counter 330.
- Coin compartments: with rounding to the nearest 5 cent in Ireland, many shops handle few 1 and 2 cent coins, so 5 coin compartments are enough. If you take all eight euro coins, choose 8 compartments.
- Connection: check which printer or POS will open the drawer and tell us the model if you are unsure.
- Security: a three-position key lock lets you lock the drawer completely at closing time.
Where our cash register drawers are used
- Supermarkets and retail shops: intensive use at every checkout.
- Restaurants, bars and hotels: compact drawers under the POS at the bar or reception.
- Newsagents and corner stores: small footprint on crowded counters.
- Pharmacies and clinics: discreet under-counter installation at the dispensing counter.
