Self Service Kiosk TP21

The Self-Service Kiosk with 21,5” Screen has a solid and robust main structure of the following dimensions: 400mm wide x 420mm deep x 1,247mm high. This structure allows:

• Mounting the tablet using the VESA mount.
• Internal placement of the printer and scanner.
• Mounting the POS terminal arm and the handheld scanner arm.
• Placement of trays at different heights.

The rear of the structure has two panels for closing the kiosk: a large panel that allows access to the wiring for the monitor, the payment terminal, the printer, and the scanner; and a small panel located at the bottom that only allows access to the wiring.

Inside, it has a series of zip ties to hold and organize the wiring of the devices. This then exits either through the lower floor hole, or through the lower hole in the small panel.

VESA Mount for Tablet:

At the top of the kiosk, there is a 75/100 VESA mount that holds the monitor, with a slight tilt to facilitate user interaction with the screen. Additionally, it has a hole that allows wiring to pass into the structure.

The kiosk is designed for a 21,5" monitor that can be in a landscape or portrait mode. Furthermore, the screen is protected by a steel frame that prevents scratches and ensures its integrity and security against theft.

Payment Terminal Arm:

The main structure can optionally have a 90º arm to hold the payment terminal, either using a universal payment terminal tray or a specific one, depending on the POS model. The device's wiring runs through the inside of the arm, reaching the inside of the structure and being secured with zip ties. The payment terminal mount ensures the complete security and integrity of the POS.

Printer:

The printer has an anti-theft system, ensuring maximum security for the device and the kiosk. We have two different models: the EPSON TN-T70II printer and the SAM4S GCube printer.

Scanner:

About the scanner, there are two options:

1. The first one is located above the printer, ensuring its complete security. The scanner model is the DATALOGIC GFS4400 2D USB.
2. The second option is a handheld scanner, which is a perfect choice to make the shopping experience more dynamic and allows scanning bigger products.

Trays:

Different trays can be placed on the sides and the central part to enhance the shopping experience, allowing customers to place products on them. The possible combinations are the following ones:

• Combination 1: A single 360º tray of 104.5 mm x 159.5 mm, at a height of 550 mm from the ground.
• Combination 2: Two trays, one on each side of the structure. Both trays are 320 mm long x 296 mm wide. The left tray is at 800 mm height from the ground and the right tray is at 550 mm.
• Combination 3: Two trays, one on each side of the structure. Both trays are 320 mm long x 296 mm wide. The left tray is at 670 mm height from the ground and the right tray is at 550 mm.
• Combination 4: Two trays, one on each side of the structure. Both trays are 320 mm long x 296 mm wide, and 550 mm height from the ground.

Every tray has two hooks for hanging shopping bags, making it easier to carry products.

Base:

The base provides stability and firmness to the kiosk. The main structure is bolted to the base with 4 screws and can be fixed to the floor with 6 more screws. It has a hole of 100 mm x 120 mm to allow the wiring to pass through to the floor.
