To correctly choose a coin counter, that suits the needs of the business, it is necessary to consider the volume of coins that are counted weekly, the different denominations of coins as well as the way in which storage and subsequent deposit of coins in the bank is required.
Within the coin counters we find several groups:
Coin counters
They count the number of coins. The coins of the same denomination or value must be prepared before pouring them into the hopper and selecting the chosen denomination on the panel or display. The machine counts the number of coins which usually fall into a bag. If a coin of a different denomination were counted, it would go to the rejection tray which is usually small sized and the different coin is not counted by the machine.
Coin Valuing Counter:
They count and value the number of counted coins. It allows the input of all the mixed coin denominations, showing the total value and number of coins per denomination.
This type of counters do not physically separate the coins by denomination.
Coin Sorting Counters:
They count, value and physically sort the total counted coins. The sorting of coins is done in individual trays for each type of coin or in bags. To make them in bags, usually most models need a lifting pedestal and a bag adapter kit.

You can select the count without stops or preset batch counting. Batches can be up to 1000 coins each, as the individual coin receiving trays for each type of coin have a capacity of 1000 coins.
In the case that the machine is used with bag adapters, the preset stop selections can be even larger.
If bag adapters are used, the lifting pedestal that allows the machine to be elevated and safe for counting while bagging should also be used.
